Stacey Burton's practice focuses on government contracting, blockchain tech/smart contracts, risk management, business transactions, and regulatory compliance. She has expertise in complex government investigations, acquisitions, business transactions, environmental, health, antitrust and compliance matters. Stacey also specializes in negotiating complex transactional matters nationally and internationally.
Stacey has a proven track record for successfully advancing clients’ interests. She represents clients on matters involving contract disputes, regulatory enforcement, regulatory certifications, bid protests, debarment/suspensions, compliance/monitoring, corporate structure and governance, teaming arrangements, commercial transactions, fraud/false claims investigations, software licensing, and research partnerships.
Stacey recieved her BA in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Florida and her JD from the George Washington University Law School. She earned her Masters in Law in Environmental and Procurement Law from the George Washington University Law School. Stacey is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
