    Steve Oster has more than thirty years litigation experience currently focused on trial and appellate practice. Steve has led teams in four jury trials and two appeals over the past eighteen months. He has expertise in areas of complex case management and litigation, including pretrial procedure and production, review, and synthesis of electronically stored information.

    Steve currently represents parties in cases pending in state and federal courts in California, Virginia, Delaware, and the District of Columbia. In addition, Steve has appeared before the D.C., Eleventh, Fourth, and Federal Circuits.
